Only one-two inches of woodchips were observed under the monkey bars; however at least nine inches of an energy-absorbing surface is required under climbing equipment that is 4 feet or more in height and in a fall zone of 4 feet beyond the equipment. |

On April 10, 2022 Licensing specialist observed a child care worker use both hands to grab a three year old child to force the child to look at their face. The child care worker placed both hands along the jaw line/ears of the child's head , forcing the child to look at the child care worker and was yelling in the child's face as a form of discipline. The child care worker failed to implement the programs child guidance policy. |
