A large commercial carpet is on the ground in the play space spanning numerous yards in length. The carpet is not flat & is folded in various areas posing a tripping hazard. A rectangular bin is filled with dirty water that is placed near a duck that has nested in the outdoor play space. The water is accessible to children.
